Mazafati dates are one of the oldest cultivated fruits in Iran and in some regions of Balochistan, Pakistan. The color of mazafati khajoor is dark brown. Mazafati khajoor can be used in both fresh and dried form. The fresh mazafati khajoor is soft and dried and have less moisture.
