Pureganics aims to keep customers happy by swiftly responding to their needs. We team up with different delivery centers to make sure your packages reach you on time. When you order, we'll call to confirm and send your order from our warehouse within a day.
We charge the same delivery fee no matter what you order, and you'll get your stuff in 3-5 days. But if you need to cancel or change something, here's what you should know:
To cancel, call us or send an email.
If you want to exchange, we can only do that if we sent the wrong thing.
For returning things:
- Items must be in original condition and returned within 3 days with the receipt.
- Take a picture of the damaged item, email us with your order number, and send it back using a courier, but you'll have to pay for the delivery.
- Once we get it back, we'll email to say we got it. You're responsible for the delivery charges for returns.
